To order replacement flooring for your apartment, please complete the form below. From replacement carpeting to sheet vinyl to wood and ceramics, you can order by phone, fax, email or online submission. Regardless of your ordering preference, an Apartment + Office Floors CSR will follow-up with you to ensure that your needs are met.
Order Form
Online orders placed for next-day installation must be received by 5:00pm the day before installation. Orders placed on Fridays before 5:00pm will be delivered on the following Monday.
