“I wanted to leave you all a note of gratitude. Several months ago, we took over the management of a large garden-style complex in MD. I believe it was the second week of our having the site when you came in and offered to look at our flooring needs. The meeting was quick and easy, and your team came in to take some measurements the very next day. “We needed to replace the carpet in our corporate headquarters. This would be a large job of approximately 1,200 yards with strict time limits for the weekend installation so as to minimize the disruption to our office. We scheduled furniture to be dismantled at the close of business Friday and reassembled on Sunday afternoon. Apartment + Office Floors had one evening and one day to remove the existing carpet and cushion and install the new flooring. When they started to remove the existing flooring, the old horse hair and jute cushion that had been down for 20 years turned to a fine dust that spread throughout the air. Apartment + Office Floors’ crew quickly devised a way to seal areas shut to prevent damage to fabric wall panels. Apartment + Office Floors’ attention to detail and workmanship is of the highest caliber.”

Emergency Apartment Installation
“In preparation for a new resident move-in, I scheduled a carpet cleaning as part of our apartment readiness. Unfortunately, the stains were not able to be removed from the carpet, so I called Apartment + Office Floors at 4:45 pm for a next-day “a.m.” installation (the moving van was arriving at noon the next day!). Apartment + Office Floors had the resources to get the job done for me– their office personnel was courteous as always, and their warehouse, which is always stocked with our goods, was ready and able to get the carpet cut, delivered and installed even with such late notice! Apartment + Office Floors’ crew arrived at our building at 8 a.m. and had the job completed in time for our noon move-in.”
Tunnel Walkway
“Our office and apartment buildings are connected by tunnels with a 25-year-old ceramic tile walkway. Instead of removing the existing ceramic – no doubt a very loud and dirty process – Apartment + Office Floors capped the ceramic with a self-leveling Portland concrete cement product to provide a truly flat and smooth surface. They installed a Lees Neo floor for heavy traffic and easy care, with the added benefit of softening the acoustics of the tunnel. Apartment + Office Floors completed the installation with no disruption to our traffic flow. The Apartment + Office Floors team is terrific!”
